BC Labour Heritage Centre

The B.C. Labour Heritage Centre was established in 2004 by labour activists in the province. The Society’s mandate is to preserve, document and present the history of workers and the labour movement in the province. We work in partnership with various organizations and institutions on a wide range of projects. A recent focus has been in preserving, through digitization initiatives, the records of unions and working people that are not currently available in other institutions.
