SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 76/89
fer 2354-58 Whyte Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of December 13th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved to reduce the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 808
(7) minimum lot depth for Parcel A of Lots 14 aad 15 in Block 3, D.L. 379,
NWLD Plan 1213 be reduced from 7.5 metres to 7 metres.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
December 18th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Fermit at its meeting of January 22nd,
1990. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued.
