That City Council advise the B.C. Agricultura! !and Commission
that: ;

This municipality supports the Land Commission's philosophy of
assisting retiring farmers to remain in their home while sefling the
farm operation;

To meet subdivision regulations for lot frontage the remainder of
the. farm untt will have to be consolidated Into a single parcel;

The City does not support exclusion of the home site from the
Agricultural Land Reserve, but supports’ a "home site severance" to
permit its subdivision. uo ‘

That the City of Port Coquitlam continue to subscribe, to the
Development Services offered by the Greater Vancouver Regional
District.

Prior to the question being called’ on the foregoing resolution,

Alderman Laking suggested that: consideration of the Devetopment
Services Agreement - Greater Vancouver Regional District be referred to
the Planning & Zoning Committee for study and report to Council.
