SCHEDULE "A"

DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES = SEWAGE

Where the subdivision or development takes place on any lands within the boundaries
of the area outlined on Map No. 1, the following development cost charges shal!
apply and be paid in respect of industrial uses and industrial lands:

at the time of issuance of a building permit a development cost charge in an
amount determined by multiplying $4,960.00 by the area in hectares of the lot
er lets upon which the building permit aurherizes construction, alteration or
extension of a building or structure; or

at the time of approval’ of subdivision a development cast charge in an amount
determined by multipiying $4,960.00 by the area in hectares of all tots
created by the subdivision.

Where the subdivision or develapment takes place on any lands within the boundaries
of the area outlined on Map No. 2, the following development cost charges shal!

apply and be paid:

(a)

in respect of residential uses and residentia! lands:

(i) at the time of issuance of a bullding permit a development cost charge
in the amount of $614.00 for each new dwelling unit authorized to be

constructed; or

) at the time of approval of subdivision a development cost charge in an
amount determined by multiplying $614.00 by the maximum potentia! number
ot dweiling units permitted by the applicable zoning regulations on each
lot created by the subdivision.

all lots created by the subdivision.
