PERMISSION TO ENTER AND CONSTRUCT
AND
AGREEMENT TO GRANT RIGHT-OF-WAY

BETWEEN:

THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

(the "Gwner’)

GREATER VANCOUVER WATER DISTRICT, a Corporation created by an Act of the
Legislature of the Province of British Columbia having an office at 4330 Kingsway, Bumaby,
British Columbia, VSH 4G8

(the "District”)

WHEREAS:
A. The Owner is the registered owner of the lands more particularly described as:
Parcel "A" (Explanatory Plan 61004), Lot 278, District Lot 465, Group 1, Plan 52700 and
Lot 3 of District Lot 380, Group 1, Plan 1106, New Westminster District; and
Parcel "B", District Jot 380, Group 1, New Westminster District, Explanatory Plan 65646
(the “Lands")

B. The District wishes to construct certain water works (the "Works") across the Lands and to obtain
a right-of-way in respect thereof and the Owner has agreed to allow the District to enter on portions of
the Lands for that purpose.

NOW THEREFORE the Owner, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), hereby agrees

to permit the District, its employees, servants, agents, licensees, officials, contractors, workers, machinery,

equipment and vehicles, at any time to enter upon those portions of the Lands outlined in red (the
permanent right-of-way) and in green (the temporary right-of-way) shown on the sketch annexed hereto
as Schedule One for the purpose of surveying, excavating, laying down, constructing and backfilling the
Works, and all appurtenances thereto, and cleaning up thereafter and for those purposes the District, its
employees, servants, agents, licensees, officials, contractors, workers, machinery, equipment and vehicles

shall have access ty the above described portions of the Lands at any time.
