Westminster District, dedicated on Plan 1954 in the City of Port Coquitlam in the

Province of British Columbia;

AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2 of this

Bylaw has agreed to convey the said land to the City in exchange for the lands
comprising the portion of Road and Lane in “Block A of District Lot 289, Group One, New

Westminster District, dedicated on Plan 1954, to be cancelled:

AND WHEREAS the “Municipal Acc" being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes ag

British Columbia,

improving, widening, straightening, relocating or diverting the highway;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey
to the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2 of this Bylaw, ALL AND
SINGULAR that certain Parcel or tract of land and Premises which may be more
