THE CORPORATION OF THE CLTY OF PORT COQUTTLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1681

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
No. 1651",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. -The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
No. 1651" is amended by removing. the Zone. Designation of RS-2 assigned to:
Lots 16 to 29, inclusive, Block 13, Southwest Quarter, Section 7,
Township 40, Plan 2797, New Westminster District; and,
‘That portion of toad shown dedicated on Plan 2797 included within
the red outline on a By~law plan prepared by W.E. Frith, B.C.L.S.,

and dated June 2lst, 1979, a copy of which said plan is attached

to and made part of the "Ulster Street Road. Closure By-law, 1979,

No. 1679"; and,
The west 94 feet of Lot 1, Block 14, Southwest Quarter, Section 7,
Township 40, Plan 2797, New Westminster District; and,
The west 94 feet ot Lot A, Block 14, Southwest Quarter, Section 7,
Township 40, Plan 5114, New Westminster District;
‘and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the said property.
2. . This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port |
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1681".
