Employees in the industry can become card-holding members for a $25 fee. All proceeds go to fund Victoria Restaurant’s Career Adv- ancement Program. _ The program will benefit both employers and employees of the industry,” association president Don Monsour said. “It provides a job placement program, a resume service and career counselling. It also intro- duces training programs to upgrade skills of industry wor- kers,” Monsour added. Discounts to card members have been arranged through shops, res- taurants, hotels, theatres and a department store.
