Under Licence No. 880048, Cooper Air Inc. is
authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter
non-scheduled international service to transport
persons and goods using fixed wing aircraft in
Group A.

The Licensee has now applied for authority to
also use Group B aircraft under the said licence.

intervene to support, object to or modify this

Transportation Agency General Rules. The inter-
