HATS AND MORE HATS adorn a table at Central Saanich Days Saturday in Centennial Park.
Kerry Lacroix sold hats made by Quiche Indians in Guatemala for $30 apiece. In addition to
craft booths, Central Saanich Days had live music, a sports card show, games of chance
and a slo-pitch foumament. The event was organized by the Central Saanich Lions club.

current, Loney said.

One person was taken to hospi-
tal after the fire for suspected
smoke inhalation, Loney said.
