the Saanich Peninsula Hospital E.C.
Unit. Born at Burford, Ontario October
28, 1893. She was pre-deceased by
her husband Edward in 1989 and one
son Kenneth in 1952, her parents, 2
brothers and one sister. She is survived
by a son Gordon and daughter-in-law
Jo of Calgary, Alta: 3 grandchildren
Richard of Valley View, Alta, Kathryn
and Margaret of Calgary, Alta, one
nephew Blake (Florence) Peckham of
Don Mills, Ontario and 4 sisters-in-law
Mildred Noden of Reondel, B.C. Eva
Lang of Provost, Alta. Helga Noden of
Edmonton, Alta. and Lillian Noden of
Camrose, Alta. Clara taught school in
Ontario and in the Provost, Alta. area
before her marriage. She and Ed
farmed at Provost and Ponoka Alta.
from 1928-1959, retiring to Sidney in
4959. Both were active members of St
Andrews Anglican Church for many
years. Memorial Service to be held from
St. Andrews Anglican Church 9686 3rd.
