Mary Ellen Thomas, age 69 years. Born
on Salt Spring Island, B.C. Prede-
ceased by her husband Joseph Patrick
Thomas in February 26, 1979. She
leaves her sons Douglas and grandson
Wesley at home; son Jospeh of Sooke,
B.C.; daughters Mrs. Alfred Kitchen
(Laverne) of Victoria and Cheryl of New
Westminster and Mrs. Peter Colyn (De-
borah) of Duncan; 6 grandchildren and
7 great grandchildren; brothers Duke
Shepard of Victoria and Joe Shepard of
Port Edward, B.C.; sisters Vina Segaler-
ba and Pearl Olson of Sidney, B.C.;
nephews and nieces and good friends
and her, special ones so dearto her at
home, Duffer and Nicholas. Funeral
Mass will be held at Our Lady of
Assumption, 7726 West Saanich Rd. on
Thursday, March 24, 1991 at 10:00
A.M. with Father J. Sproule Celebrant.
