Born on Q@ctober 17, 1899 in Victoria, B.C. and predeceased by her husband Harry in 1953, she is lovingly remembered by her son Peter and his wife Marguerite; daughter Susan Hughes and her hus- - band Lewis; four grandchildren: Jennif— er Smith (James), Richard Townshend (Leda), Cathryn Rogers (David) and Elizabeth Lohr (Larry); four great- grandchildren: Jacqueline and Bradley Smith and Andrew and Kevin Lohr. Dorothy was an honorary life member of Royal Canadian Legion #37, a found- ing member of the Victoria Chapter of the “Save the Children” Fund, a past president of the Sidney and North Saanich Garden Club and a founding member of the Sidney “Monday Bees.” A memorial service was held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 1319 Mills Road in North Saanich, on Tuesday, January 8th, 1991 at 2:00 PM. with Rev.
