JACOBSEN — Harold Gene, suddenly
in Honolulu, Hawaii, December 9)
1990. A life-long resident of Sidney,
B.C., Harold was born December 22,
1936. Precedeased by his brother, Wal-
ter and his parents, Ragna and Bill. He
is survived by his loving wife, Peggy;
three brothers, Vern (Eleanor) of Delta,
B.C., Kent (Josephine) of North Van-
couver and Mark of Vancouver: three
sisters, Rhoda Olsen (Art) of Delta,
B.C., Colleen Ziakin (Paul) of Portland
Oregon, Ruth North (Bruce) of Victoria,
B.C.; numerous nieces, nephews and
friends. Harold was employed by Air
Canada for 34 years. He loved and
participated in all sports and was a
longtime member of Glen Meadows
Golf and Country Club. As well, he was
a proud member of Royal Dornoch in
Scotland.

. A Funeral Service was held Friday,
December 14, at 1:30 pm, from St.
Paul's United Church, 2410 Malaview
Avenue, Sidney, B.C. Interment followed
at Royal Oak Burial Park, Victoria, B.C.
Flowers gratefully declined. Donations
may be made to a charity of one’s
choice.
