It will be a warm-hearted eve- ning of music and laughter, says Linda Evans, president of the First Night Celebration of the Arts Society. After the performances, the gommunity is then invited to join folk singer and master of ceremonies Valdy at the Inner Harbor for a spectacular fireworks countdown to mid- night. Admission buttons are $7.50 and are being sold in stores throughout Greater Victoria. Children six years of age and under receive free admission.
