And 95% of respondents agreed that’s what they got from our claims staff. The same per- centage believed that sufficient time was taken to deal with their claims. And, despite the intricacies of claims adjusting, 81% of claimants said, yes, their settlements were fair. These responses suggest were doing many things right.
