Central Saanich Senior Citizens’
Building, 1229 Clarke Road, Bren-
twood Bay, B.C.

The work consists of a two-storey
frame addition to the existing seni-
ors’ building: The floor area of the
addition is approximately 2,700 sq.
ft. on each of the two floors. All
services to the new addition are
included. Some renovations in the
existing building are necessary to
accomodate the addition and servic-
es.
