(London) A.T:D., A.F-C.A. (Hon), bom in Southport, England on December 22, 1915, died suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday, October 26, 1990. He is survived by his loving wife, Nell; his daughter, Maureen; son, John; grand- son, Brian; and son-in-law, Peter McKibben, along with many friends. He was an active serviceman in World War Two and served in the Royal Air Force for five years, until 1945. He was wounded in action and became an amputee. Since then he has been a member of the War Amps of Canada. Frank was an accomplished artist anda member of the Canadian Federation of Artists. He was distinguished in that he was given the title Associate of Federa- tion of Canadian Artists. Frank taught art at Mount Newton High School! in Victoria for eleven years, where he gained the respect and admiration of students and his peers. Frank studied at the Slade School of Art in London, England and earned a degree in Fine Art. Frank will be missed by family and friends alike, and our wishes are with him.
