area.

Council had proposed a munici-

pal compost site for grass and
_ bush cuttings combined with a
| storage site for cement and

a crusher at intervals to break up
the cement for road bed gravel.
- Staff advised council the asphalt
could either be broken up for
roadbed gravel or teeyeled to patch
roads.
