In his native Zimbabwe the 30-year-old Munjoma is editor of the Nehanda Guardian, a twice- monthly tabloid newspaper pub- lished by the Rural Newspaper Project and covering the approxi- mately 150 square kilometre Mashonaland Central province. The Rural Newspaper Project produces rural newspapers for five of the eight provinces in the coun- try, sponsored by German, Dutch and Swiss donors: The Guardian is sponsored by a Dutch organization as is the rural newspaper for the Mashonaland East province. A German group sponsors the Matabeleland North newspaper and the Swiss government contri- butes to the Matabeleland South FIREFIGHTER joins Review and Midlands newspapers.
