Target shooting, rappelling and cross country skiing will also be included in the training, he added. A summer program is also pres- ently under way for army, navy and air cadets, Hungar said. Marine engineer cadets will take part in an exercise at HTS Colum- bia CFB Naden tomorrow, while a sports meet for cadets at Cadet Camp Pat Bay will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, he said. A Smallbore Lifeguard Cadet Graduation will be held at the Pat Bay camp at 2:30 p.m., Aug. 17, he said. Crown prosecutor Martha MeNeely said the former water- front mansion of cocaine kingpin Ray Joubert is on a list of assets the Crown wants to seize. “There will be proceedings in involved smuggling millions of dollars worth of cocaine into Can- ada. The much-publicized 10-week trial ended in April with Joubert’s conviction.
