WILSON - ALBERT, On June 15th
we lost a wonderful husband and father.
Albert was in his 86th year and the last
surviving family of pioneers Jim and
Minnie Wilson. He was born in a dug-
out in 1905, one of five children, and
one of the first babies in the Grainger
District of Alberta. He was named for
the new province.

He married Vera Moore in 1930 and
they farmed in Alberta until 1947, when

_they moved to Sidney. He was prede-

ceased by eldest grandson Allan, and
is survived by Vera and their children;
Eva (Wes) Hobson, Dorothy (Jim)
Hinde, Ray (Shirley) Wilson, Lois (Bn-
an) King, Linda Foley, fourteen grand-
children, many great-grandchildren,
nieces and nephews. We rejoice in his
long and fun-loving life, but he will be
sadly missed. Cremation. No service by
request.
