. Meet the director of this fall’s
presentation by Peninsula
Players of “‘Exit the Body”’ which
will be seen on the stage of Sidney
Elementary School..on the
evenings of Friday, Nov. 6 and
Saturday, the 7th.

-She is Gwen Gregorig who
many will remember in her
portrayal of the ailing mother in
the Players’ meller-drama last
year; she stepped in at the last
minute when one of the cast was
too ill to appear.

“Gwen was formerly with the
Port McNeill Drama Club where
she both acted and directed. This
is her first directing stint. with
( When. she
asked people to read for parts in
the. mystery-farce’ ‘‘Exit the »
Body” she must have been im-
pressed by the versatility, or was

it the “tonal qualities” used by

School District 63 teachers, when
projecting to students in their
classrooms! Believe it or not,
boys and girls, there are no less
than four teachers in this play,
presenting another side of their

-many-faceted abilities.

There is Betty Anderson, a
teacher at. Deep Cove, who is a
long-time member of Peninsula
Players,.and has worked back-
stage in various. departments.
