PAGE SIXTEEN SAANICH PENINSULA AND GULF ISLANDS REVIEW Pessible Library Service Change The everyday running of the regional library service may be taken over by a committee of the Capital Regional District Board. Brian Tobin, in submitting the results of a regional library study to-the Board Wednesday said it would .be .simpler. and more feasible if the present library Board became a function of the - Regional Board. “The Library Board functions under -agreement ‘with the Municipalities and the city. Every year, they have to submit a separate budget to each of the Municipalities. ‘Tt would be much simpler,” he felt, ‘if they presented one budget to the Regional Board.” “ADDITIONS ~ ALTERATIONS.
