Air Cadets are making a name for themselves musically. -The © 15- member band has been invited to play for the arrival of passenger ships in Victoria and recently placed fourth ina provincial band festival, Lt. Rudolph Ohm from Austria is the bandmaster and has been with the drum and bugle mar- ching band for one year. With all 15 members signing up for another year's work, Lt. Ohm hopes to enlarge’ the group and train more beginners. A campaign for funds is being launched in order to obtain six Stainless steel drums...a new mace and a leopardskin for the bass drummer.
