Society directors hope that eventually an addition can be built on the main hall. Various committees are hard at work to add to the Building Fund, and different. projects. to raise money are planned. A Valentine dance is planned on Feb. 14in the main hall-when music will. be supplied by the Hometowners'. Orchestra. Dancing will start at 9 p.m. and Fred. Hardy says tickets are going well. . On March 7 another event is . scheduled to add to the fund. A “Giant. Auction’’ will be held -under the guidance of the hall committee and convenors of the 14 sections of the fair housed in the buildings at the grounds. The auction will start at 7 p.m. with Brooke Tomlin, formerly of - Maynard’s Ltd. of Victoria as - auctioneer. Doors will open at 3.30 in the afternoon for viewing served. “Second Hand Store.
