He thanked Mr. Rice and Mr. Tubman for cleaning and reconditioning the old Rogers milk. cart, and Mr. Brown ‘for lettering and striping it in the. manner in vogue at the time of its use — from around the turn of the century until 1920. Pioneer Society member, Mr.. Longman, was at one time driver of the cart: Mr. Michell also expressed thanks to Mr. George Rogers for a donation of twenty-five dollars. towards the paint.
