Since its inauguration last fall, four quarterly programmes. have been. conducted by the Commission, and instructors, leaders, and volunteer supporters have rallied to provide. a base. for this programme. Without. their enthusiasm and support the programme just couldn’t have happened. The second fall programme will get under way the first week in October. The activities being planned are mostly a continuation of the most well-. received activities of last season. Some new activities are expected.
