Commencing with time trials at 7 p.m. this Saturday night, | May 22, a twin-bill, featuring Super stocks and Stock cars, is all set to go. Two shows are scheduled for Monday, the 24th; the first - a combined show of Super stocks and Figure 8’s, who are making their. first appearance of the season. Time trials are at 1 p.m. And on Monday night at 7 p.m. it’s Stock cars and Foreign stocks. Following the conclusion , of the racing program on Monday night, there will be a Fire-Works display. Early, .early,. on Monday morning, the Royal yacht Britannia came regally through Active Pass at exactly six- _thirty, along with our own R.C.M.P. vessel, M.P.53,. “‘Sid- ney’’, going first, then a big, sleek: navy craft, then ever so slowly, there she was, in all her gleaming glory.
