Oh yes; if you happened to be one of the hundred and twenty- five ladies who attended the tri- ennial meeting of the. Canadian Women’s Press Club in Van- couver in June of 1968!!! It was a thrilling experience to see in person .ladies whose writings that were admired for some time, and to meet together for the purpose of triennial busi-~ ness sessions. On Friday night, we went to the spacious hospitality suite at the Vancouver Hotei, for the reg- istration and reception, which people, including His Worship, Mayor Tom: Campbell and his wife. From the. soft evening of that reception, breakfast, hosted by B, C. Forest Products, Crown Zellerbach, and McMillan. Bloedel... Following business sessions from then until noon, with a coffee break, courtesy of C.N.R., we boarded buses for Stanley Park, lunch in the Pavilion, and a tour of the aquarium.
