habitats along the foreshore is ¢x-
pected to severely aller traditional
grizzly bear use of such habitats,’

“Bears that use the sedpe-grass
habitat within the Iknouk River
estuary may be particularly vulnerable
because of the proximity of the road,”

And, because the road would require
more than two hectares of infilling on
the north shore of the Nass River, it
would also affect several depleted fish
