Correspondence was received from S. Osberg, 3156 Raleigh Street in opposition to the rezoning. Correspondence was received from E. Martin, #4-2430 Wilson Avenue in opposition to the rezoning. Ms. K. Pegisse, 2401 Hawthorne expressed concern that the view will be obstructed with the proposed building being a floor higher. Would prefer to see height restricted to a three story maximum. Ms. W. Lynn, 2401 Hawthorne also expressed concern regarding the view being obstructed, as well as increased traffic concerns.
