A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of tk: City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot 77 Except: Part shown on Explanatory Plan 36126
District Lot 255 ;

Group One

Plan 30904

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquidam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended
to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
224, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2756".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of January, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of January, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 8th day of February, 1993.
