A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly deseribed as: a.) Lot 1 (Except part subdivided by Plan 26264) District Lot 255 Group One Plan 17243 New Weatminster District; and, That part of Cameron Avenue shown hatched on the Plan accompanying the "Cameron Avenue 1700 Block Road Exchange Bylaw, 1992, No. 2691" are hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS=2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2692". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of June, 1992.
