The proposed development complies with the designation of the property on
the Official Community Plan, and complies with the provisions of the RM=@4 zone.

The design is challenging, but with good potential to result in a very
attractive development. A minor relaxation of parking is needed, which it can
be justified as the project falls within the social nousing category.

The use of the service lane for pedestrian and vehicular access, as well
as the street orientation of the project, may well aet the tone for future

developments in thig area.
