October 28, 1991/252 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October 28th, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, M.J. Gordon, R.H. Talbot, and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Deputy Administrator City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer I. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Gordon: That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting held on October 21st, 1991 be taken as read and adopted.
