Charge Agreement for 1839 Pitt River Road.

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Mr. Peter McArthur
dated the 24th day of June, 1991, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services
described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the.

said Mr. Peter McArthur in connection with the development of the lands

deseribed as:

Lot 29, Block 17, Group 1, NWD, Plan 2132

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of--thosé Jands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall

constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act. | | a .

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
