Westwood/Kitchenez/Woodland Drive Project Phase I.

That Council approve the construction of phase I of the
Westwood/Kitchener/Woodland Drive Project.

That Council approve the allocation of $273,000.00 from the 1990 Public
Works Capital Budget for this project.

From the City Engineer, August 24th, 1990 regarding Proposed Temporary
Sewer Pump Station.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That Council approve the request for the installation of the temporary
sanitary pumping station and forcemain to service 1621 Coast Meridian Road
provided that the owner agrees to pay the full cost of the construction of the
temporary sewage pumping system, and provided that the ownér agree to pay his
fair share of the costs that he would normally pay towards Development Cost

Charges and Sanitary Sewers.
