That closing costs and various adjustments be made in the normal manner as between vendor and purchaser; And that His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk and/or the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents, Plans, Cheques, or other instruments as are necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
