It is recommended that the City of Port Coquitlam waive all facility
rental fees and make every effort to accommodate all other requests on the
list attached to the report to Council with the exception of the proposed
graphic (being dealt with in a separate report).

From the City Clerk, September 1, 1988 regarding 2787-2789 Kitchener
Avenue.

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That Lot 1; District Lot 4; Township 39; Pian 17820, New Westminster

District, being 2787-2789 Kitchener Avenue, be purchased by the Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam at or for the sum of $114,500.00;

That the adjustment date be September 30th, 1988.

That the possession date be September 30th, 1988.

That closing costs and various adjustments be made in the normal
manner as between vendor and purchaser;

And that His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk and/or the
City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents, Plans, Cheques,
or other instruments as are necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

Waiver Agreement ~- 252 Investments Ltd.

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with 252
Investments Ltd. dated the 26th of August, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that the works
and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be
installed by the said 252 Investments Ltd. in connection with the development
of the lands described as:

Rem. Lot 6, District Lot 232, Group 1, New Westminster
District, Plan 68514.
