Lot 5, Block 8, District Let 290, Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster, (located on the Southside of the 2200 Block Stafford Avenue) be sold to W.E. Industries Ltd. 24160 125th Avenue, Maple Ridge, B.C. V2X 7Y7 at or for the price or sum of $42,500.00. The adjustment date be May 12th, 1988 or earlier. The possession date be May 12th, 1988 or earlier. The Mayor and Clark are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
