The Municipal council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as £Lollows:

that part of Lot "A", District Lots 174 and 289, Group One, Plan
S719, New Westminster District, included within the heavy outline
and identified as "part of hot "A" Area To Be Rezoned" on the
plan prepared by Peter f, Mason, BCLS, and dated the 7nd day of
February, 1988 with an area of 1.459 ha, plus or minus,

is hereby rezoned from Awl (Agricultural) to RS~2 (Small Lot Residential) and

the Zoning Map of the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2246" is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No, 2338",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of February, 1988,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of February, 1988,

Public Hearing held this 7th day of March, 1988,
