Tha Municipal Councll of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, tn open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitiam hereby
leases unto Gtann Welschiau the lands deseribed In the Schedule "A" attached
hereto for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set
out In the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule AM,

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitlam are
hereby author{ zed to sign the -sald Lease on behalf of the CIty and to affix the
City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2430 Mary HII |

Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1985, No. 2116",
