A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam in oven
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of lana situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia whicn
is more particularly describea as:

New westminster District

being the property subdivided by Strata Plan NW 290 and containing Strata Lot |
Strata Lot 2, and the common property;

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 to RT-i and the Zoning Map of the "City of Por?
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to refiect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2015".
