A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651", ‘The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquiltam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RM-2 (Apartment Residential) assigned to Lot 117, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 56489, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of RM~4 ‘(Apartment Residential) to the said property. 2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1655". By-law No. 1655: to rezone Lot 117, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 56489, New Westminster District from RM-2 (Apartment Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment Residential). The property is located at 2275 Atkins Avenue and was the subject of 4 previous Public Hearing on November 6th, 1978 with a view to approval of a Land Use Contract, however these procedures were never completed.
