Re: Council Meeting Schedule - Month of May

I would like to ask for Council's consideration in continuing the
bi-weekly Council Meeting schedule during the month of May. Mr. Freeman is
hoping to return to work ~ perhaps on a part-time basis at first - sometime
during May, however, I don't expect that he will be capable of full time
work for a few weeks yet. The volume of work is dropping off somewhat as it
generally does this time of year and bi-weekly schedule will probably handle
the Council business. In Mr. Freeman's absence, I do find it a lot easier
to keep up with the work when we are on the bi-weekly schedule.

In view of the fact that there is a Monday holiday during May,
might I suggest that we have a short Council meeting and wind-up Budget
session on April 30th and regular meetings on the 14th and 28th of May.
