residents from the north would cut through the condominium
development in any case and that the residents from the south
are not greatly inconvenienced by using Birchland and Larkspur

to get to the park,

recommends that the walkway be deleted from the developer's
requirements and that he be asked to install a six-foot chain
link fence in place of the five-foot chain link fence shown on

his approved drawings.
