Re: Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1452

A copy of the above noted By-law is set out on the reverse side of this
memorandum and we would advise that the intent of this By-law is to rezone
property located at 1942 Eastern Drive (a former Standard Service Station)
to RS-1 (One-family Residential) in order that three residential lots may be
created.

The Developer has now made all the necessary deposits and fulfilled all City
requirements and it is therefore possible for final reading to be given to the
By-law by passage of the following resolution:
