Supplementary Assessment Roll (1977)

Council earlier this year dealt with a Supplementary Assessment Roll which
varied the assessment and taxes of a number of parcels in the City. We have
now received a further Supplementary Assessment Roll containing five additional
parcels on which the assessments have been increased due to deletion of farm
land exemption. A memo from the City Collector is attached explaining the

adjustments. ,

These changes have been processed through the the Assessment Commissioner's
Office and Council is required under Section 376(2) to authorize the necessary

adjustments.
