By striking out the Zone designation "RS~2 (One Family Suburban
Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone designation “RS-2
(Single Family Residential)"; and

By striking out the Zone designation "RS-1 (One Family Residential)"
and substituting therefor the Zone designation "RS-1 (Single Family
Residential)";

THAT Section 2 of By-law No. 1470 be amended by striking out the title "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976,

No. 1470" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1470";

AND THAT By-law No. 1470, as amended, be read a third time.

That third reading of By-law No. 1471 as given on the Eighteenth day of
October, 1976, be rescinded;

THAT Section 1 of By-law No. 1471 be amended:

By striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498";

By striking out the Zone designation "RS~2 (One Family Suburban
Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone designation "RS-2
(Single Family Residential)"; and

By striking out the Zone designation "RS-1 (One Family Residential)"
and substituting therefor the Zone designation "RS-1 (Single Family
kesidential)";

THAT Section 2 of By-law No. 1471 be amended by striking out the title "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976,

No. 1471" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning

AND THAT By-law No. 1471, as amended, be read a third time."
