RECOMMENDATION:

Application for strata title approval for a duplex under
construction at 1679-81 Pitt River Road.

Lot 107, D.L. 255, Group 1, Plan 43925.

The subject duplex is now under construction. Building

permit was issued in December 1974. Although the subject .
duplex is new construction, it is considered te be an existing
building under the Strata Title Act as at the time of applying
for a building permit, the applicant did not indicate that the
duplex was to be strata units. Asa result, it requires
approval of Council.

The Committee recommends approval for this application as
no tenants are involved.
